Think you need calibrating.

Thought he was taking the p**s making up units of measurementsThere you go, bragging again
I don't understand these none standardised measurements because surely my elbow to finger tips is different to yours.4.5 hands to a cubit. ( 1 cubit is elbow to fingertips).
I did mean New to me. Phrased it badly.by new units do you mean them metres and centipedes. they confuse the fu@k out of me.

Yeah I googled them wondering if he was making up words for measurementsNope: He's serious, they're old fashioned units of measurement. I know, my grandad used to tell me of such things.
How do they all fit in?!and, just out of interest. ther's 240 pence in a ÂŁ1
If you listen carefully you can hear my mind being blown.40 poles = 1 furlong
4 poles = 1 chain
5.5 yards = 1 pole
8 furlongs = 1 mile.
10 chains = 1 furlong
6 feet = 1 fathom
15 fathoms = 1 shackle.
and.... 3 barleycorns = 1 inch

I don't get how you remember all them.
With centipedes it's to the power of 10.
Not saying you should use meters just makes more sense to me; then again vise virsa.
Feel like my world's been turned upside down with all these units being used I had no idea existed
