I'm really not liking these sleepless nights worried about suppliers fulfilling orders, and delivering when I have arranged !

Me either we've got one job more than we can reasonably install, so we're running round like headless chickens doing a bit here and a bit there as the weather allows. Torrential rain all day today, got 4 slate and 1 tiled roof to complete before next Friday!

SRE, if your doing slate you must be up north, down here in the west country its conrete pantiles and the odd terracota all day long, havent had much rain and no snow this month, guess we have it easier!

Stop rubbing it in!

Is anyone getting much through for March, we've only got one confirmed job after the 3rd, I'm getting a bit worried.

nothing past next 3rd !! I just hope we're not in for another episode of what happend between Dec and Feb !

This is all nuts ! On a good note finished an install of Hyundia 245 Black they look really impressive, they are on a slate roof.

Got a slate job tomorrow and then it's pantiles all the way.

Got nothing past the 3rd. I'm pessimistic but it won't stop me working my flesh bags off to try and get some work in.

I have had a few quotes to do in the last day or so, all are aware of the EPC, at best it will be a tick over month, I cant see there being much PV business after July if i'm honest.

You may have been going through your MCS accreditation, you may not be accredited in time for 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] March.
If anyone is in this situation and needs any jobs certifying, PM me.

What I will do:
The job will be physically inspected, all qualifications of the installation team will need to be provided and the paperwork supplied to the customer will also need to be provided.
If all is in order (and only if the job is up to scratch) then an MCS certificate will be produced for the job.

Price: ÂŁ500

Please don’t complain, this is a service which helped lots of installers out of the brown stuff in December and may do the same now. If you are fortunate enough not to need this service then please think of those who do!

If this service is all above board and you see no problem in offering this service then you wont have a problem stating your MCS number, would you? my number is NIC1471 by the way.

I'm just waiting for an avatar 'DriveByEPC' to appear in the next few weeks on the forum, come to think of it, it would make a good 'bolt on' to mcscert's business model :)

you could add it to online structural surveys!
I'm thinking of offering an online part P service. send photos of your wiring and I'll do your part P certs
(this is a joke by the way!!!)
