What are your nominations for the worst retro steps that have been made by our industry? my nominations are:

1. scrapping of stranded T/E cable in favour of the solid rubbish we're stuck with today.
2. the stupid new cable colours.

It was made by the same people behind the muppet show and was set on an island off Scotland )I think) One set of guys were always trying to build things but the other set, the Doozers were always eating what they built. Twas a great show and as said above featured Fulton Mackay as the lighthouse keeper

i loved this show. i can still hear the theme tune in my head. i think the dog was called rebel. always seemed to be on during the six week holidays. same as 'why don't you' - which always seemed to be in liverpool or ulster.
