Floody, you're not going to be actually feeding it yet so do it out of scrap gear and a lump of ply. When it comes to step up to the live testing you could have replaced everything with shiny new stuff
Maybe some of the more senior members on here have some old recovered switches and sockets etc that they may donate to a good cause if you're building a test board. I've got tons of old stuff in our scrap bins but the shipping costs wouldn't be practical
Its just finding the scrap I work on an Industrial site so everything is metal, steel conduit and singles rather than plastic patresses/switches and T&E.
Marvo I dont mind paying a few bucks if you could rumble up a good load
