Suprisingly I got a set of screw drivers from Aldi (CK look alikes). Seem OK, yet to give them a good thrashing but for the money they certainly look the business!!

p.s. Im not some cheap skate that does my shopping at Aldi, I just happened to get lost in the carpark and stumbled into the store by accident

I'm no cheapskate either but do like a bargain. I have bought some good work gear from Aldi, including their diamond core set... amazing gear for the price.
Turns out however that the screwdriver set is worth the fiver I paid for it and not a penny more. I think they make them out of the out of date cheese.

if you can get hold of the workzone multitool from aldi they're a bargain. both the 230V and the cordless. awesome tool. as good as bosch any day.

me too..lol!! I havn't taken them out of the box yet but they look the ticket for less than a fiver, can't go wrong.
And I am a cheapskate but dont shop at aldi...co.op orange stickers all the way.

Quite a sucker for a ck all my pliers and snips are ck and have lasted years and also like bahco got the big orange ones and they are solid. Also they're shifters are fantastic.

Anything that grips, crimps or squeezes I use Knipex, all screwdrivers are Wera Kraftform, all power tools are Bosh, drill bits I like Dewalt, other hand tools like saws and tapes I like Standley Fatmax, and to carry it all in I have 1x Stanley Fatmax tote and 2x Veto pro Pac OT-XL bags.

Oh and anything like meters, I only buy Fluke.

Buy cheap, buy twice.
