Red cable was from senete , fully aware of weals disease i looked like a alien , was covered in barrier cream face mask full coveralls eye protection , washed showered with antibacterial wash covered in alcoholic hand sanitize r used to be 6ft now im only 5 how shrank a bit i washed so much

Nah just washed yourself on too hot a cycle

Really like the cable tray, looks cracking. once I get out my flat and get a house I think ill do something along these lines.

only thing I'd change is I hate dual rcd boards. Rcbo's is the way to go on rewires IMO, however you've done a great job, lovely and neat.

Really nice work that consumer unit. How many times do you remove the cover off a CU and are aghast at what you see? This is the standard that everybody should try to attain.

Thank you nice of you to say so , do prefer rcbo's my self but customers wont pay the extra do wish they would give a little more space so they can accommodate rcbo's easier

Yes, they are the one Denmans use, have installed a couple on family members homes and had no problems so far, on has been in for over 2 years now. The individual RCBOs are only about ÂŁ10 each to, the extra height is to accomadate the RCD module so plenty of space in them too.

nice , Id say a little overkill for a domestic install but nice install all the same. Certainly not done in 1-2 days ;p.

You're just being modest! You could have done that in your tea break.... whoops you dont have em! ;)

tray cost ÂŁ25.00 inc standoffs , i include it in the cost of the rewire , great if they are going to board the loft cables are out of the way , it took 7 days start to finish including all the removal of insulation and disinfection of attic ,all chased and patched , it has 4 ring mains , bit over the top but good separation between the rcd's
