Bonding

Cut the metal band in half lengthways and it will probably fit round the copper stub coming out of the concrete :)
 
There are all sorts of bonding clamps out there these day's, BS951 clamps are typically the clamp of choice, mainly from historical reasons, but certainly not the only one anymore.... lol!!
 
Thats if the tee is accessable, the amount behind sinks and visible but not accessable is incredible around these parts, drill a hole into the tee and tap a screw in like laurie mentioned above :teeth_smile:

I have a bone to pick with the advice... I drilled a hole through and gas main yesterday to install a bond..

Noted on cert.. "Comments on install" Funny smell of gas.. Its ok though didnt get call back to the job
