I have some old (victorian) gas lamps in my house (wired for electricity of course) but if you have an older property with a 19th century decor they finish it off nicely..........Hold on lads! I’ve finally found the answer to all our problems http://www.thegaslightcompany.com/khxc/index.php?app=ccp0&ns=splash

picked mine up from a reccy yard (i remember this as i remember how long it took me to polish em up) lol. I had to get the right shades for em n all which took ages and they wern`t cheap but they look great.......In your dreams...... Did you look at the prices of those fittings?? You would need to take out a second mortgage to have just one fitting in every room!! lol!!!

Yeah but whoos going to replace the bonding conductors/clamps when they go missing?.........i think we've found an answer to all our problems, we need to quit and become gas fitters!!!! :rockon2:
