Hi Guys, I've just been doing a EICR on a old one bed terrace and although there are two 10mm2 main bonding conductors connected to the CU I cannot for the life of me find the earth clamps at the other end and I've never experienced this before? I've traced the gas pipe which enters the building at 1st floor, runs under the floor boards to a gas boiler installed at the top of the landing; with no clamp on visible pipes into the boiler or outside. The water pipe enters the house at ground level front room then runs up decorative boxing to the 1st floor and again runs under floorboards to the bathroom then drops down again to feed the kitchen below. The owner doesn't want either floorboards or boxing removing so I can't investigate further to check them. I have however tested between unconnected ends and both boiler gas pipe as well as kitchen sink water pipes and get a 0.02 ohmn reading for both. Do I just comment on the form to this effect and list it as an agreed limitation or is it actually a fail because i cant visually verify the connections?
Many thanks
