It's a high end American brand (i think). Seem to be pretty robust, some of the project contractors i've worked with make up the tradesmans site tools kits consisting mainly of Kline hand tools....

Apparently Klein tools are so popular with all the different trades within the construction sector, refer to all their tools as "Klein's" as in whatever they need as "pass me my Klein's" heard that from a Yank Sparky I knew many moons ago.

Yep, ...i did mean ALL trades, not just the electricians.

long nose pliers are £70 in my CEF! I tested the large snips and they cut through 2.5 t and e no easier than my ancient CKs, i won't be bothering with them unless i win the lottery!

A gas fitter friend was in cef this morning he actually referred to it as chitty electrical factors. He said a pair of klein sidecutters cost £112. He did not follow through with the transaction.

Went in my ****tys sat and they already had a £20 Klein terminal driver back which the tip had bent around 45deg when tightening a faceplate screw, guy couldn't have a replacement as they weren't too sure about the lifetime guarantee. Also my mate bought one of the backpacks for £115 and the quality on it is appalling
