cables resting on suspended ceiling

bloody well is mate, its a nightmate as we will probably be engaged to rectify the remedial works required on the periodic hence the reason for asking what others would code it a 2 or 4 (4 meaning does not comply with BS7671 -2008 but does not mean its unsafe ??) any thoughts are apreciated on which code to address the defects as !

well the cables could be all rated for the right voltage with insulation so that rules that out maybe.... id say its maybe ok... you probably could catch them on bunched together but probaly not equaly loaded either so so so if tested all ok in testing i would maybe leave it... but i

hi spoke to the NICEIC techinal today trhey advise a code 2 on the segrigation of bands 1 and 2
