The part of the installation you have ‘moved’ will need RCD protection. If it was a like for like replacement and you had not moved the light I would say no to installing RCD protection but I would comment on the MWC that it was missing.
Can you elaborate on this? As it conflicts with another members post, the cables I altered where not buried in plaster.

Then I am wrong. I assumed they were buried.

If surface then no RCD required. I would make a comment that RCD protection is required under current Regs but not dangerous.
 
A w.c is not a special location and is the same as not bonding your kitchen sink pipework, not required.
but.. what about the metal window frame that can be reached when sitting on the bog?
