Can I do Domestic periodics????

Hi guys just looking for some practical information as I have had mixed answers...
i work in commercial and industrial buildings and so domestic dwellings are something I don't really touch. However I have recently passed my 2395 exam and a friend who owns property has asked if I can now test his rental properties.
Having enquired at the college where I did the course they said (or the tutor at least) that all I need is indemnity insurance and off I go.
Any one know anything else I need to do?

Cool well to be clear and on the safe side I'll charge for a periodic and then charge for an EICR as well! Hahaha thanks all!

Employed. Do a lot of industrial and commercial testing and only tested and inspected a few domestics!
