Caravan hookups

Hi All

Just completing the certification or some work carried out on a caravan site, Quick question what would others say the main switch would be on a hook up box with no man switch? I know it answers itself but what shall I put in the main switch bs number box?

if i can make out your post, the main switch on a hook-up is usually a RCD i.e. 61008

The main switch detailed on an EIC should be the main switch for the installation, not a switch installed at some random point within the installation.

The set up is that the box's are supplied from a bs1361 60amp fuse, In the box's are a meter that is for the caravans them self's but what we have done is install outside lights on a 60898 6 amp mcb that had to be taken from the park supply i.e before the meter. So if it was off the meter side it is a RCD main switch but as its not what should be reordered?

The main switch for the installation should be recorded. That is the switch at the origin of the installation, immediately after the incoming supply terminals and before any distribution equipment.
The main switch, the switch which isolates the entire installation from the source of supply.
