NO. get a 32A lead and replace the 32A plug (supply end) with a 16A plug.Ok, I need more help!
I cannot find a place to get a 16a to 32a adapter? So Im thinking a way around it is to use a 16a plug to a standard plug > then running an extension lead off that to run the bare minimum items in the van, bypassing the inlet on my van altogether.
Is this an option??

For your own safety, get a local electrician to do it.Thanks mate.
Just watched a video which basically shows you just have to strip down to 9mm then use the colour coded holes for the corresponding wires and snap on, then twist closed?
That sounds like my kind of skill level!
that 5 pin socket is a 3 phase supply. don't go near it. get an electrician in. look on here in the electricians directory. some will be close to you.

the £60 you spent on the cable would have gone a long way into paying an electrician if you'd only listened to previous advice. the cable may be usable, however, so all may not be lost.![]()
