I have just changed a mini d/board in a garage (db2) and have installed an earth rod as the supply at origin(db1) is tnc-s and there is awater service in the garage.

Bonded the water and installed an earth rod from new mini d/board.

Now i have easycert software and for the origin and supply characteristics do i put the tt or the tnc-s details?

Or do I have to issue 2 certificates?

I would put the characteristics of the supply at the origin on the cert and record the details of the garage DB on the schedule. State in the description of the installation that the garage installation has been TT'd and separated from the TNCS earth.
As the Ze box will have the reading of the TNCS earth at the origin I would record the details of the spike in the normal place and state in the description of the installation that this only refers to the garage earth electrode.
