Indeed he did, post 18 is a quote from one of those books called 'the truth'

Here is another "clue" why does the UN show the flat earth map as its logo?

Nor can you submit proof to absolutely disprove the belief of Voliva that the sun, instead of being an 800,000 mile ball of fire more than ninety millions of miles away is really a fairly insignificant affair, only some 27 to 30 miles in diameter and about 3,000 miles above the earth. Or that the sun and moon move in orbits while the earth stands still, that the moon is about the same size as the sun and the same distance from the earth, shines by its own light, and moves in much the same orbit as the sun.

I just had a long debate with 2 of them and they stated throwing lines from the bible at me saying I'll find out soon enough when the apocolypse happens and I'm denied entry to heaven... bugger, I never thought this through, lets forget all the facts and evidence as I don't fancy been denied into an imaginary place run by an invisible (Wo)/man or whatever it is!.. soz guys it's a flat earth for me now, all I need to believe myself is to lose my education and be brainwashed and I'm fully commited.

For time being, I can't prove the world is a sphere (I'm busy on the 5th dimension), but Eratosthenes showed the world can't be flat around 240BC.

The first big mistake with trying to argue a case with any of these conspiracy theorists,flat earthers,religious fanatics etc is to present science consensus as the support for your argument

When their wishes and fantasies are that ingrained in their mentality (overwhelming scientific evidence is always rejected)the dead horse is well and truly being flogged

I would personally let them live their lives of fantasy,I could even summon quite a lot of pity for their sorry condition

If the fantasy of time travel "backwards" was to become a reality,the kindest use of the machine would be the transportation to historical times of these poor souls.perhaps to a time where their views do not border on and are considered by myself as crazy or slightly brain dead

The question of proving the earth is a sphere or other such questions,it is never going to be on the table
Science is the systematic observation, measurement, and experiment, and the formulation, testing, and modification of hypotheses".it is not in the crazy spiritual non evidenced class of nonsense it may be asked to debunk

The flat earth map cannot ever be a true representation of country sizes as its derived from a sphere
depending on how its decided to be drawn

The flat map versions can have numerous shapes and sizes

I would suggest the flat earthers produce an accurate single map,it can be used by them to navigate their own ships around their land
I do hope they are ready for replacing the vessels when they strike the rocks

Why are there different star constilations when i look up to the sky in england and then look at the sky in Australia ??? if the earth was flat i would see the same constilations in both countries .

Amazing that the flat earthers will use all the results of science without a worry (surely its magic or the devils work?) but the concept of earth orbiting the sun just defeats them. Go figure
