Every time there's an amendment issued or a new set of regs there's rumours that go round, most of which are best ignored until they become fact.
There's a prequel to the next amendment available on the net, I'd take more notice of that than what a shopkeeper tells you mate

Always in my toolbox, don't know what I would do without them.

And sounds like the wholesaler has a few pallettes of metal clad DBs to shift, as I have not heard of that one in relation to the new amendment.
