I have one night off and the squabbling starts!.

To all those whom deem this forum a clique, and accuse others of bullying, I take these as personal attacks, I think that I, as well as the others run and control this forum in a fair and equal manner, we go out of our way to be fair and friendly.

There are long standing members on this forum that have a million times more experience than me and have been here longer than me, I will not have them accused of being bully's as if they were, I'd ban them.

This forum is like life, it takes compassion, effort, respect and tolerance to get on with others. I have butted heads with others both as a member and as a mod!, but I also have learnt a huge amount from the same people.

Do not come on to the forum looking for help, advice and guidance and then criticise.
