very keen, like has been said, most should be 4s if coded atall. Might just be a case of not having much work on so trying to beef up the potential for remedial works?? either way it's not good!

Aye, light switch is the obvious one. Luckily with a grid you get a nice warning label to put inside it so the look of it isn't ruined!

But there may be accessories within arm's reach of each other where a potential of 400V exists too.
