When I was at college, we had to do a project about estimating what it would cost to wire a 2 bed flat. But we were given loads of information about size of property, heights of switches etc, didn't take very long to work it out, sounds like someone wants a fast way (us) to tell him how much it would cost. I will gladly work it out for him ( for a fee of course)
