Conduit adapter sealing

Not knowing what you have access to over there it's a bit tricky to answer, but I would probably use a Wiska 308 and a PVC conduit adapter that screws into the pre-threaded holes of the box. To try and seal the thread I would probably apply a sealant/adhesive like 'Sticks like shi*' to the threads before screwing the adapter into the box.

Unless the box is going to be submerged, you should always put a drain hole in the bottom/back wall at the bottom as no matter how hard you try there will always be a certain amount of moisture build up in there.

I rarely glue conduit fittings unless I feel there is a good chance someone will try to pull it apart

If I wan worried about water / rain ingress then a dob of clear sealant is good idea

The Wiska Brace flexible conduit adapters are rated at IP66 when used with their flexible conduit.
