I was going to comment, but there seems no more to say, apart from if he is using 400V control for his panels then he is breaking the law if he supplies them to anyone, including himself!

Judging by other posts I very much doubt he goes anywhere near panels, or 3 phase for that matter. He has the distinct aroma of a Electrical Trainee about him!
