according to the site the overall cost of this CU will be around 270 - 280 quid :-( :-( can it be any cheaper? the RCBOs ain't any cheap at all . . . . . . . :-(

for which circuit?
do you mean connect lighting circuit to 6A mcbs on the side protected by general protection RCD and live just one rcbo next to the main switch for the fire alarm?
