Continuing the pedantry, my copy of the regs refers to 100m², which could also be written as 100 sq m. 100m square is something else, ie 10,000m².

No mate 100 sq m can be 10 x 10, 100 M sq is 100m x 100m. Forgive the pedancy (cheers Stroppy)
