Forgive my pedanticness (if that's even a word) but the regs talk about 100 m sq not 100 sq m. There's a huge difference.
Continuing the pedantry, my copy of the regs refers to 100m², which could also be written as 100 sq m. 100m square is something else, ie 10,000m². :smile:
