I've had some trouble receiving full payment from a customer. I'm guessing many of you may have had issues like this before, if so, what's the best way to approach the situation? Feel like going round there and removing cables! Any help would be appreciated.

a bit more info would help. like how much owing from total of how much, and why, if any, are his reasons for witholding?

Find a decent debt recovery company if it drags out too long. I had to use one once or twice. they charged afew quid for their services but customers just get badgered until they pay up. Or court threats work just as well. I think you can pay a solicitor to send a letter saying cough up or we'll take you to court.

Don't threaten to "send me boys round" lol. It never works....

I recently got paid a long standing debt by applying gentle but persistent pressure.

The full details of the OP's situation are needed to give any meaningful advice as to which is the correct of many possible avenues of action.

If you are in the right a CCJ is the way forward

If there is no reason other than trying to knock you, go round and cut all the risers tight to the celling. ( push them home to)
