I need to put a thread on a single piece of conduit, but i dont want to buy a whole tub of cutting compound and I dont want to go in dry (oo-er). Is there any half decent substitute like baby oil or something?

Hope he's not talking about PVC
TBH looking at the OPs previous posts I hope he is not going to install any cables in the tube lol
What else would I be putting in there?
It wouldn't bother me ........... Leather is my thing.
Some great suggestions here gents. I've got a bar of soap lying around the house which I never use (i'm from Gloucester) so I think I'll go with that.
moly grease, comes in handy for the sds also and repairing the car/van
You cant beat a dry run.
Oh yes good old black molly ... the most versatile and best around.
