DC on neutral

I spoke to the g59 comissioning engineer today. Apparently a few brands do it. Not sure how they are allowed to get away with it, means that unless you isolate every inverter AC and DC there is always voltage present on neutrals. Got a nice little tingle on a neutral bar in a 3 phase board that was isolated at the MCCB!

Have you measured the voltage?
