Done and done.

That last one had 20 posts and been with us since 2009.

They usually have less posts and are fairly recent. Law of averages I guess.

I can't find how you are supposed to delete the account yourself. Actually the main reason I want to is because I am still receiving emails, despite having turned off permissions for all of them long ago, and clicking unsubscribe from all, with every one I receive. But you are ignoring GDPR legislation and still sending them.

But if I can't stop you sending me emails, then I would like my account deleted.

You can now erase your own account. You'll get a 3-day cooling off period, and a reminder 2 days in. Other than that, it'll get erased. Each time you log back in it'll reset.

No need to post "that's it I've had enough"-type threads to get attention from others.

Just delete your account and move on.

Obviously it's not something we want to encourage, but we're certainly not going to ask anybody to stay when they want to leave.

Just be sure you've made your mind up.

To be clear, this removes your email, your password, any connected accounts (facebook, twitter, google etc) and will change your username in the posts you've contributed to the forum to something other than your own.

If you have personal details (like your phone number) in posts and you want them removed, you'll need to manually report each one so we can remove and / or edit those.

We don't remove all content you've contributed to the forum. Just to be clear.

:)

Hallo Dan if you would kindly erase my account.
Thank you for help in the past, I have requested no emails several times but I still receive them.
Perhaps I did in incorrectly, I am unlikely to require any more assistance so will leave for now.
God Bless Spiff1

Done.

Yeaaaah we don't listen to that setting for important emails.

When I'm making changes to the structure of the site and updating you with that, that doesn't need to comply with anything.
