Design and verification assumption list help

I'm compiling a list of assumptions for the project side of this qualification and have got writers block. Could anyone help me with some ideas of the assumptions an examiner expects to see in the project. Any help would be much appreciated.

look at things like...

Omissions from the specification that you are including. Service sockets, EM lighting etc
Omissions of information that you are assuming, e.g. current ratings of specified equipment
Any work to be carried out by other contractors
ambient temperature assumptions
assumptions about space for future expansion built into your DB and cable sizes will help justify choices of equipment
