Disconnection times for finals

Just received a completed test sheet from an installer on a TN system with the max permitted disconnection time column filled in for the lighting circuit and 20A heater circuit as 5secs, surely 0.4

Distribution circuits and circuits above 32 amps are max 5 seconds
Final circuits upto 32 amps are max 0.4 seconds for TN systems

Lighting is a final circuit less than 32

First impression is it should have a 0.4 max disconnection time.
Perhaps a computer error by the contractor?

I have two in front of me from different contractors both have lighting at 5 secs max is this something from the 16th edition brigade

If it’s before 2008 then yes 16th edition disconnection times where slightly different.
Only relevant if it’s a previous eicr

Yes it's a 16th Edition value so has been wrong for a decade now.
