Don't know if I'm going about this in the right context, would it be possible to give me access to the DIY forum please?
 
Under no circumstances will I help DIYers. They are a danger to themselves and their families.

There’s the economic side to look at. This forum is full of domestic electricians bemoaning the lack of income. Assist DIYers and you may as well just hand over your wallet.

I had a look in there. I’m surprised at some of the names I saw.
 
The DIY forum is on an 'opt-in' basis because many members have no patience with DIY'ers and don't wish to assist them. I can happily give you access on the understanding the we don't tolerate insulting or sarcastic comments regardless of how stupid the questions may seem.
You won't get any derogatory remarks from me

on the other hand, tony, it can be a source of work. a job beyond the ability of a DIYer and if i'm close enough, can offer to pop in and do the job.
