DSB - Norway Info

Hello folks,

Im considering sending of for my DSB certification, Im qualified 2 years now which is apparently the minimum to be considered the thing is I have only worked for around 12 months in the last 2 years due to unemployment, does anyone have any advise on what would be best done in this situation? I was working with an Irish fella in australia last year that had just come from Norway and he reckons that there will be alot of work for sparks out there in 2012.

Any help would be appreciated

It's a thread about offshore but there's loads of relevant info for onshore too. As well as that, most of the big players offshore have an onshore presence too so they'd be great to get a start with and fingers crossed they might send you offshore if that's what you want. You'll probably need the courses I mentioned though and they ain't cheap. CompEx is almost £1000 plus flights, accommodation & food for a week.

Yep, I'm from Dublin. I was telling you yesterday I'm studying full time until May so can't work until then.
