or is they a better course to look for?

it is if you want to rewire houses only and dont want to really learn how to become an electician, because you will learn about 20% if that of what is really required......straight to the point!!

Even with 2382 and 2392 you will have no real idea on how to wire or install a domestic installation, you might Want to consider 2330 level 2 and 3 also, you could complete all of the above in 2-3 years if you attend college 3 days a week but 4-5 years part time
 
Yes Glenn we've all discussed it many times, an nvq2 and 3 lus lots of years training and hours studying for professional qualifications count for nothing when an ex accountant can do a 6 week course and wire dwellings And command the same money as someone who had been in the game for years
