Bonding across brass compression fittings was taught to me during my apprenticeships, although I admit I don't do it. The reason given was that PTFE tape is often used within the fitting, which can interrupt the continuity across the joint. Might be going a tad far!

I think so as you also have an olive touching the pipe and the fitting, but I really want to know about the push fit stuff!!!
 
10mm earth from MET to within 600mm of service entry to building.. if both services are reasonably close together a single (uncut) cable from one clamp to the other will be adequate.!
