Yes I did read it. I took "over 10 years" to mean just over 10 years.
If you had been in the trade for 20 years you'd say you'd been in the trade 20 years. If you'd been in the trade 19 years you'd say "nearly 20 years" Not "over 10 years".
 
Plus if the OP had trained before the NVQ3 was a requirement I wouldn't expect him to have the 2392, 2393 ("part P qualification") 2377 and an EAL qualification. I would expect him to say something like "I did an apprenticeship".

what im saying is because he hasnt got the theory parts he cant get just the nvq unless he gets the nvq dilploma acording to ecs site.

because he hasnt got the level 3 tech cert they will want him to do that before they let him do the am2 etc of the nvq anyway i joke but thats what is involved in the diploma

Either way he's going to need an NVQ3.
