Hello all....

I am in the process of extending the ring in the kitchen and also extending another ring upstairs. Also extending lighting circuit into a new on-suite along with a fan and shaver point. Also extending lighting circuit into a new bedroom.

I just assumed that this would be an EIC as its quite a bit of work, but it doesn't fall into the category of:

- a complete installation for a new property
- rewire of an existing installation
- addition of a new circuit from the CU

So.. EIC or 3 or 4 minor works certs?

Depends on what MWC certs you use....Elecsa ones have space for 3 minor jobs, so with what your doing, you would only need 2....But if you use ones that have room for only one minor job, then it may be easier to use EIC....but the jobs you described dont need on EIC!!

Great, cheers guys, thats saved me a bit of paperwork! :)
