Just wondering if this is acceptable?? tails for an extra cu taken straight off incoming armoured cable.

If its an swa feed the obvious question would be are the tails ccc suitably rated and does the other cu still meet max zs requirements of the OCPD. One time i would C2 this if its done on the main switch off a consumer unit tailed directly into meter therefore loosing your single point of isolation to the installation. I see no issue with the cables pushed into the double screwed terminal aslong no cores have been loped off to get them in.
 
To me if it’s a C1 code then the rules of basic insulation has failed and it is an immediate danger and risk of electric shock.
A C2 code if a another fault either Electrical or non Electrical could introduce a dangerous situation and fault protection or basic protection may not be achieved.
C3 if it is a non compliance and introducing remedial works will render it safer for the user and the general environment it operates in.

So for people to say it’s a C2 I don’t understand.
