Now I'm not allowed on the 1st rung of a ladder without hardhat/safety harness/specs/safety boots/2 sentries and the whole area cordoned off !!!

you always had to wear a harness on top of the cage inspecting cables in the shaft, as you have to do on a ladder.
will it comply with regulations to wire up 415v motors from the control panels to the motor with H07RN-F rubber cable in a quarry.
Yes we did mate but I was on about a 2 rung step ladder !!!!!
