But that means switching a light on also if I was to do a "quick" low cost saftey check it would be £50 for Ze ,PSSC,PFC, Zs at sockets and a quick check with the long lead for an earth at the light switches instead of this Visual report thingy

They seem Genuine - Someone will get a good deal!
But like has been said - Im sure they ramp up the costs of extra works - other option is this a cost per circuit???? I have seen that before (in the small print)
