hi all. Im new to this site. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advise. I am at college at the moment doing a c&g 2330. I have heard that once i have done this course. That i will still need to do more training so i can work in peoples homes and sign off the work carried out. Please could anyone tell me which courses i would need to do? thanks neil.

I think I have posted this in the 2357 post, but if you want to do the 2356 you better register NOW, as the 2356 NVQ will be obselete by September of this year as well as the 2330 levels 2 & 3, it is being replaced by the Level 3 2357 which is a diploma, the structure is not fully decided yet but Summit Skills are having a huge influence on the qualification therfore it will be more work based anyway...there will not be a level 2 anymore, I can only assume that the industry no longer wants the "hoodies" that go to college to get their grant money and then quit, the entry requirments will most prob be a level 2 2330, or at least some D or C grades at GSCE, so the F AND G lads will not get on it, the only option for them will be the EAL domestic installer course
