EPC for Extension on PV

I cant find the thread about EPC and PV extensions - did someone say you need a "D" in the hand before starting the install?

This house has 4kwp - and we are looking to add 7kwp - will this be in the 10-50kw range for FIT payment? - im sure it is but want backing up.

The EPC must be dated no later than the day the extension is commissioned.

The 7kW extension will get paid at the 10-50 kW rate - currently 13.03p.
