Experience with homeplugs?

Morning all,

I have a customer who has just had a new house built with separate garage/office block.

So now my customer needs an Internet connection in there (pref wifi) and the wifi signal from the house doesn't quite reach, I've seen home plugs which connect to the router one end and replicate the wifi the other end using the mains to carry the signal.

Will this work through the house wiring back to main incomer and down the sub main to the garage ccu?
I thought the garage earth could be isolated from the house but house earthing is TT and has been taken over to garage on SWA

Anyone any experience of these in a similar situation?

Just to update the thread I case anyone else finds this thread useful.

The home plugs worked a treat over the submain, I used TP-LINK TL-WPA4220KIT £49 from currys. One very happy customer!
