I am soon to be moving my first board, not a bad job really and quite straight forward until it comes to the equipment to use for the JB. I am swaying towards a IP box, DIN rail and screwless terminals.

I read on a thread here that someone was thinking of using the original CU because DIN rail was already present with neutral & earth bars but surely this would give false test readings. A no go.

I will probably be buying the LINE pushfit terminals but are the earths isolated from the DIN rail? I have used the screw type telemechanique ones and the earth terminals are screwed to the DIN rail. This will not give true readings for the testing. If they are i guess it'll be a straight rack of grey terminals.

May be a silly question but thought i'd ask.

Hi Thomps,
All the din mounted earth terminals i have used have continuity to the din rail, so im pretty sure the ones you are considering will also!
Just use the standard ones, you can get small earth labels that clip on if you are concerned.
