Hi

Connected it back up as suggested this evening and everything working perfectly now.

Temperature is controlled via a wireless thermostat to the controller.

It looks like the cable became loose or likely tugged in the airing cupboard. The wires are not into a proper junction box nor gripped by a proper cable grips -instead it is a mash of individual terminal blocks all wedged into single gang back-box. Something I will change to improve particularly the cable grip!
