Alright I'll be a brave boy bloody awful rip it out and start again, complete crap

Hi,

I don't know where to start , there is so much wrong with it. As Pete says rip it out, start again and do it right. Trying to put right what is already there will take longer than re-doing the job.

Regards.

Trunking already in situ, M/C Switch fuses bushed into said trunking underneath, SWA terminated into said trunking, unsheathed SWA core run into individual Switch fuses with appropriate earth sleeveing . Insulated and sheathed tails run to DNOs equipment, all nice and neat and safe oodles of space left

I think you've already stated your doing one but before I'd even consider touching this stuff it would be a day or two of indepth inspection/test (EICR) to baseline the whole installation --- if you think it looks bad at this end I be scared sh*tless would might have happened at the flat ends!. Then and only then can you discuss the way fwd with whoever owns the place and how you are going to rectify & certify it?!?!
