Hi Guys,
Just wondering what method you use for getting up floorboards without causing too much damage ? :smartass:

LOL tel, you also forgot the dam gas pipe that they lay under an existing nail hole that had been in the board for years and some unsuspecting person like myself 14 or so years ago goes to sort out the squeaky board and yep a second later hears a funny noise and the smell of an expensive Friday night emergency call out from British gas. never got charged though as he had some choice words to say about the gas fitters :)

Solid boards I use armeg circular board cutting kit. Cuts 5" hole with a rebate.
When finished, the plastic discs that come with the kit just pop straight in. No messing. Very professional looking job, and the hole remains accessible if needed.
Floorboards: Bosch multicutter every time above a circular saw. It zips straight down the t&g and is less likely to plough through a pipe or cable without you knowing. !
