Anyone know what the turn around time is for the fluke voltage tester recall?

I have two 110s as my first one developed 'the fault' but out of warranty (I assumed a 1 year warranty?). It would still indicate voltage present on both probes but would not do the continuity function unless the lead was held in a certain way which made contactinternally. Don't think the leds lit up either

Quick update,After contacting I received an email from fluke saying that as I bought my t110 from screwfix I can just take it back there for a refund/replacement....

Cheeky bleeders at fluke. I had a T110 and it had this exact problem. This was over 18 months ago. It was just over 1 years old and they told me it was a non serviceable item. Safe to say I have never purchased anything fluke again.

Sent my T150 back a couple of weeks ago. Checked the UPS tracking and it arrived in the Netherlands safely. Heard nothing from Fluke. Emailed three times and no response, not even an auto-response.

Rummaged around their website and found a page saying they were processing returns from March, but the information wasn't dated, so less than useless.

Has anyone received a replacement recently, and if so, what was the turn-round? Thanks!

Thanks all for your replies. I still have had no response to my original emails to Fluke, but have managed to get the replacement sent out via contacting someone in Service who forwarded my email internally. Still no response so he then escalated it for me and eventually someone actioned the replacement, which arrived yesterday, almost a month after sending it off...
