hi ! can some one help me with lighting problem in my brother flat ,it is three story apartment ,but all the lights in the stairs do not work in any apartment? what could be the problem. thanks

Possibly a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker. Call in an electrician should have it sorted fairly quickly.

Or all the lamps require replacing.
